We take the privacy of our website visitors very seriously. Personal information is only collected from those that use our shop or fill out a contact form. This is only used in conjunction with your purchase and not passed on to any third parties.

The following rules apply to all persons who would like to contact (GR&P Ltd). Contacting the company should only be done if you have a genuine reason to do so. It is against the law to post material that is knowingly false, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, harassing, sexually oriented, threatening anyones privacy, or otherwise, all of which will be in violation of the law and be handled accordingly.

It is not allowed to send bulk emails, surveys, or other mass messaging whether commercial in nature or not, engage in keyword spamming, or attempt to manipulate site search results, take any action that imposes or may impose, in our sole discretion attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website.

If you wish to purchase products or services described on the website, you may be asked to supply certain information including credit cards or other payment information. By initiating a transaction you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older and also have the legal right to use the payment means that you select.

You agree that all information that you provide will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges, including shipping and handling charges, incurred by users of your credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxation relating to your purchases.

Global Records and Productions Ltd are entitled to change pricing and availability of all products and services without prior notice at any time. Global Records and Productions Ltd do not offer refunds in the event of any price reductions that may at time to time be shown on the website, and make clear that all sales of Digital Content and CDs are final.

Global Records and Productions Ltd take great care to package each and every CD to prevent any damage taking place. All CDs are cellophane wrapped straight from the factory to show that each CD has never been opened. Any customer will have the right to return any CD/CDs within a 14 day period of receiving it/them should they find that what they have purchased has been damaged.

Once any damaged CD/CDs has been returned to Global Records and Productions Ltd and we are satisfied with your complaint a replacement/s can be re-sent free of charge. However if any customer damages the CD themselves then the responsibility will be theirs and not Global Records and Productions Ltd.

GR&P Ltd are not responsible for any third party actions regarding matters of hard copies of stock named a CD or CDs. A third party or (Agent) will be recognised and monitored as a company purchasing stock directly from GR&P Ltd, and selling stock from their own outlet of employment, Shop, Practise, or otherwise, purchased from GR&P Ltd. It is the responsibility of the agent to take care of its own affairs regarding other parties where their stock is sold.

GR&P Ltd hold the right to cancel any orders placed by an agent should they wish to do so at any time without notice to the agent. Should they feel a dispute may be taking place and a complaint has been made to the company regarding an agent from a customer of the agent, this will be referred back to the agent and pointed out to the customer that the problem will be dealt with by the agent and not (GR&P Ltd). In such cases stock can be frozen until such disputes are taken care of, and until all parties are happy with the outcome.

Pricing for all stock of all amounts will be paid upfront before any stock is shipped or posted. The price paid for this stock will not include P&P, and a price for P&P will be added once the size of the individual order has been placed. Any damaged stock that may occur through the delivery system will be the responsibility of whatever means that system may be, and shall be managed by GR&P Ltd until such incidents are resolved by all parties involved. Global Records and Productions Ltd take no responsibility for damages caused by any third party to the company itself, but will resolve all matters ASAP.

It is the responsibility that all agents take care of their own taxation, and taxation for all sales from an agent is not the responsibility in any way shape or form of Global Records and Productions Ltd.

The pricing of all goods are shown on the website, this price may change from time to time depending on any promotion that GR&P Ltd may hold. There will be no moneys paid back to any customers or agents should this happen within the time frame of the individual promotion and outside the time frame once the promotion has finished. GR&P Ltd own all rights to all of its music in Digital Format or CDs, and must state to all of their customers that it is strictly forbidden to copy in part or in full any track, or tracks, in anyway shape or form for any person to use in any other Production, Film, Video, TV or otherwise. Any person reproducing the music of Global Records and Productions Ltd will be prosecuted without delay.
