Hello, and welcome back to our blog page, Blog Eighteen.
This week we will be talking about how all of our ‘Beautiful World Classical Music’ is just perfect to assist with ‘Sleep Deprivation’.
Sleep and Our Immune System
Lack of sleep can not only affect our immune system but our ability to function properly in our everyday lives. Getting enough rest as well as sleep has been shown to have an extremely positive affect on ourselves as a whole, and in turn contribute positively to many aspects of our physical as well as mental well-being.
Listening to your Body
As a rule we tend not to listen to our bodies, and very often ignore the tell tale signs of when it’s time to slow down. We quite often push through our fatigue and by doing so make the problem much worse. Turning to caffeine as well as sugar is also our immediate response in order to create a quick fix, which will assist us initially in the short term, but not necessarily in the long term.
Creating a Routine
Creating a routine for ourselves when attempting to sleep better is quite important, and just like it was when we were children, a routine will assist greatly where our new and improved sleep pattern is concerned. Our bodies will not only remember the times that we usually wake up, but on the contrary it also remembers the times that we are used to going to sleep. So the importance of creating a sleep schedule is just as important as our awake and day time schedule.
Sleep Deprivation & Children
Whether you are suffering with Sleep Deprivation yourself, or you are the parent of a child that has great difficulty going to sleep, all of our Beautiful, Relaxing, Classical Music has been proven to assist greatly with sleep deprivation. The angelic vibrations within each individual piece of music has not only been shown to assist with the sleeping process, but as we have been told many times before by many of our customers, as well as parents alike, ‘they won’t go to sleep without it’!
The Chakra System & Our Music
Our bodies are very complex and finely tuned machines that work perfectly under the right conditions, but under the wrong conditions that’s when we begin to experience problems. Where our music is concerned, the different vibrational frequencies that relate to the entire Chakra System play quite an important role, and will not only assist in balancing the mind, body and spirit, but help to create a space that is very much needed in our every day lives. Our state of consciousness is just as important when it comes to creating a natural sleep pattern for ourselves, and with a simple imbalance within our sleep patterns that may be reoccurring on a regular basis, our music has been shown to assist with greatly.
