Hello, and welcome back to our blog page, Blog Twenty One. This week we will be talking about how all of our ‘Beautiful World Classical Music’ is just perfect to help you to focus.

How Music Helps You Focus

The way in which we feel may have a lot to do with how well we may focus at any one time, so creating the right conditions for ourselves is essential in order to achieve the required outcome. It has been well documented how listening to relaxing music does have a profound effect on our mood, as well as our heart rate and blood pressure, so it is quite important that in order to assist us to focus fully, the music that you are listening to helps us to relax as well as focus too.

Keeping A Clear Head

Keeping a clear head when all are losing theirs is really the aim of the game in this ever growing, and demanding world that we are living in today. Our list of distractions do appear to be getting much longer, as our days become increasingly busier, so listening to music that is relaxing and that does not contain any vocals, really does make all the difference where attempting to remain focused is concerned.

Inspiration really does go a long way when it comes to focusing on the task in hand, and a brand new enthusiasm that not only gives us a fresh burst of life, really will help to keep our minds not only very clear, and on the job in hand, but clutter free. Listening to music that lifts our spirits to a whole new level, but at the same time keeps us relaxed and distraction free, will not only assist us to remain in the moment, but help us to work efficiently, and effectively as well.

Creating Space

Creating space for ourselves is an ever increasing struggle when there is always so much to do, but giving ourselves permission, and allowing this space initially to take place, is what will ultimately assist with this struggle. Once we begin to see the positives of this new balance in our lives, it is then much easier to continue to reap the benefits of this brand new way of being. All of our studies have shown that listening to none vocal, relaxing music, not only assists us to focus more fully, but in turn improves our health and over all sense of well being.

Brain Food

Classical music has been shown to be a great boost for our brain development and skills. As with popular music, classical music also comes in many forms, and depending on when in history it was written, will make a great deal of difference to what we may or may not like to listen to. For example, even though ’Bach’ from the baroque period can be to some an acquired taste, all of his works were very mechanical and extremely difficult to play, making him arguably a genius in his own field. On the contrary when listening to ‘Debussy’ from the romantic period, his music can be quite floaty, relaxing and beautiful, making it for some not only much easier on the ear to listen to, but also very beneficial for our own well being as well as brain development too.
